Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza has set an opening date of September 14.
They will open in Greenwich Plaza near Buy Buy Baby at K-96 and Greenwich.
The concept is considered fast casual where you build your open pizza and then it’s cooked for three minutes in an 800 degree oven.
Signature pies include the Art Lover (artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic, with dollops of red sauce); the BBQ Chkn (grilled chicken, mozzarella, red onion, banana peppers, gorgonzola, plus a drizzle of barbecue sauce); and the aforementioned Meat Eater (pepperoni, crumbled meatballs, red onion, mozzarella, red sauce). There’s also a “Simple Pie” of mozzarella, parmesan and red sauce available for $5.95. Regular 11-inch pizzas are $8.
To celebrate the opening, Blaze will offer free pizzas to customers who follow the pizzeria on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram on Friday, September 15. It’s something they do at every opening.
Their hours will be Sunday – Thursday: 10:30am – 10pm and the weekends from 10:30am – 11pm.
The Blaze record was 2,400 free pies given out on opening day at a different franchise. Wichitan’s love their free food so can we beat that record?
