One of the biggest questions I’ve received from readers and friends is “When is the second Texas Roadhouse going to open?” Looks like they have a tentative date set. After talking with the staff over at the west Kellogg location, they are tentatively set to open to the public on February 26th. Of course with any restaurant opening, things could change. But you can expect it to be ready around then.
Their exact location will be 2526 N. Greenwich Road in front of Academy Sports. If you’re driving down K-96, you cannot miss this building when you exit onto Greenwich.
Texas Roadhouse is one of the more popular chains and extremely popular in Wichita. Their east location will be the same size as the west side location. Popular for their steaks, bread and staff dancing to country music in the aisles, this is one restaurant that will likely be packed consistently. I know my family is excited as am I as this is a great option for families to have a nice steak at a great value.
