February is here and that means a new pizza of the month at Ziggy’s!
Ziggy’s Pizza is now doing a Thai Chicken pizza which is totally different from anything you have on the menu. I think you’ll really love this one. The new sweet and spicy pizza includes grilled chicken, Korean BBQ sauce, lemongrass, onion, mozzarella, red pepper flakes, crushed peanuts, red peppers and Kan-Grow Hydro Farm’s Yum Yum Mix. After that, it’s drizzled with one of my favorite condiments: hoisin sauce. As with the previous pizza of the month, this one costs $13.99.
My friends and I stopped in on Thursday to give this a try and it was a real refreshing treat from their normal pizzas. When I think “Pizza of the Month”, I want something so far off base from a restaurants regular menu and Ziggy’s nailed it with their Thai Chicken. It’s definitely sweet with a mild kick at the end. Even friends who’s palates are very basic really enjoyed this one. With only 28 days in February, you have less time than usual to get in for their limited time offering.
