Wichita’s newest microbrewery is set to open Friday morning at 11am. The 9,000 square foot building at 125 N. St. Francis has cleared inspection and is excited to grant Wichita another fantastic option.
My friends and I are looking forward to taking part of the day off and make our way over to Norton’s and sample all sorts of different items from both their food and drink menu.
According to their Facebook page, they have released their opening draft list for Friday:
They will also serve a limited menu this weekend. I’m not sure which items will be available but here’s a glance at their food menu. Two things definitely stick out: bacon crack and funnel cake. I’m going to need to make some room in my belly for all of this. Whatever we order, we’ll be sure to make available right away on our Instagram page.
Nortons Brewing Company will open at 11am on Friday morning and close at 10pm. From there, their regular hours will be 11am to 10pm on Sunday through Thursday and 11am to midnight on Friday and Saturday. Remember they are located downtown at 125 N. St. Francis, essentially across the street from Bite Me BBQ.
