Bad news for the food truck community as one of my favorite food trucks in town has moved away to Oklahoma.
If you’re looking for some of the best tamales that were served in Wichita, you’ll now have to travel down to Bartlesvillve, OK. Monica’s Food Truck which was serving at Douglas and Meridian as of last month just recently made an updated posting of their move.
This stinks as now I’ll have to continue traveling around town to find a new favorite tamale. If you have any recommendations on where I can go now, please leave them in the comments. It’s a sad day for my stomach.
