One of the things we like to keep tabs on at Wichita By E.B. is all the newest food trucks in Wichita. Some times it’s being contacted by the truck owners, their friends or just happening to stumble across it.
Thanks to a tip from a friend, it looks like there’s a new truck opening up this weekend. This is one you may be familiar with given the location.
Eberly Farm is opening up a food truck called Roadside BBQ. They will be open May 18-20 starting at 11:30am. The complete event details have also been posted to our calendar page. As you can tell by the name, this truck will offer BBQ ranging from brisket to pulled pork to hot links to hot dogs to sausages. They will be parked right off of 21st street at Eberly Farm at 13111 W 21st St N.
Unfortunately I won’t be able to make it out this weekend so if you do, I’d love to hear your thoughts if you make it out west.
