A new wine and tapas bar is set to open Monday, June 18th at 11am. It’s called Fredo’s which was a nickname that owner, Alfred Abdelmash had when he was a younger.
The location of Fredo’s is at 301 N. Washington in the old Gianni Bacci’s building. We recently got our hands on the food menu of Fredo’s. The concept of Fredo’s is a shareable experience. Everything on the menu is meant to be shared cause as we were all taught by our parents, “Sharing is caring”. The food is all served in bite-sized portions allowing for multiple menu items to be shared with all the guests at the table. Of course you can also share your drinking experiences too by ordering wine by the bottle.
Here’s the menu:
If you’re interested to see some pics of the menu items, we’ve got that for you too. All pictures are courtesy of Fredo’s.
I don’t have the exact hours yet for Fredo’s but will provide that later. They do plan to be open for both lunch and dinner. There are also plans to off a weekend brunch buffet. Yes, we will check that out too as we love brunch buffets here at Wichita By E.B..
We’ll be there in the coming days to give everybody a first look at Fredo’s before the open. In the meantime, be sure to like Fredo’s Wine and Tapas on Facebook for more information.
Happy Dining,
Eddy
