Ninza Sushi Bar to reopen west side location this month

A year ago, Ninza Sushi Bar was severely damaged in a fire and had to close down. It was a total loss. Since then the owners took over Blue Fin Sake Bar & Sushi.

West siders who already had limited options for sushi were now one option. But good news is on the way!

Their are set to reopen their west side location at Northwest Centre. Thanks to the members of the Wichita By E.B. Foodies Discussion Group (mainly Lisa Tanges) for the heads up. I was able to call them up and confirm they are indeed opening out west.

They originally planned to open on Monday, October 22 but have pushed that date to Monday, October 29. Who wants to go trick-or-treating for sushi?

Many of you will remember the original location was at 8228 W 13th St, near 13th and Tyler. Our first visit there was delicious and look forward to seeing the new digs when they open.

We will have more on this story as it develops. In the meantime, be sure to follow them on Facebook for more.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
