If you live in Derby, KS and love Thai food, there just aren’t many options for you close to home. Lucky for you, there’s a new food truck hoping to solve that problem.
Thai Riffic Food Truck is open for business as of November 1. The truck is advertised as serving authentic Thai food made from scratch. For their opening day, they will be parked at 507 E. Twisted Oak Road from 11am – 7pm or until the food is sold out.
