In the atrium of the Epic Center is a little cafe that serves fresh soups and sandwiches, Parsnipity Cafe. They may be familiar to some as they also own the LumpiaPalooza food truck.

There’s a parking garage connected to the Epic Center just west of the building off of 2nd street. That’s the best place to park and free for Parsnipity Cafe customers as they will validate your parking ticket.
Once you park, just head towards the first floor of the Epic Center.
Parsnipity Cafe has a regular menu, daily specials and a salad bar available.
We opted to order off of the menu and went with their Jade wrap which included turkey, provolone, avocado with lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, and horseradish on a spinach wrap. We also had the Bubba (ham, roast beef, turkey, Swiss cheese, sriracha mayo, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers on rye. Chicken and rice was their soup of the day so we figured why not. We split each item so we were able to get a taste of everything. Our favorite was the Bubba. For what sounded like a simple sandwich, it was so delicious and beautifully constructed. The Jade was pretty good as well; I’m a sucker for horseradish and it gave the wrap a great kick.
Parsnipity Cafe doesn’t offer a great ambiance but makes up for it with the product they serve. Prices are very reasonable as well. It was a nice little lunch stop for us and a place we would certainly consider going again in the future.
Here’s their menu.
