When it comes to a nice dinner, there’s one restaurant I’ve been going to for years. It’s a fan favorite among many of my friends, a great date spot, and always delicious on every visit. It’s Redrock Canyon Grill.

I went with a group this past week. We sat in a dimly lit private corner of the restaurant. It was nice to have a little area to ourselves and just enjoy of good food and conversation. While I can’t share the conversation or the food, I could certainly share the visual experience of what you too can have at Redrock.
We started our evening off with calamari, shrimp cargot and deviled eggs. I’m such a sucker for deviled eggs and if you’re a fan, you don’t want to pass up the opportunity on these. The shrimp cargot was also a big favorite for our group and was gone in seconds.
Next up was our salads. We had a mix of Caesar salads and the Redrock salad which included rotisserie chicken, corn, campari tomatoes, dates, avocado, mixed nuts, and champagne vinaigrette.
Our dining, didn’t end there. Between the four of us, we had the chicken enchilada platter, wood-fired rotisserie chicken and BBQ pork ribs, wood-fired rotisserie chicken and filet, and the Hawaiian ribeye.
When it came to group outings I’ve been on this year, this was certainly up there as one of the most delicious. The rotisserie chicken is some of the best you’ll find in a restaurant, the BBQ pork ribs was shared among all and so flavorful, and the filet was extremely tender. Each of the entrees were between $16-34. For the money, ambiance, quality, and portion size, Redrock offers the best bang for your buck. Everybody was impressed throughout the night from the service we received along with the food.
We packed some of our dinner in to go containers because we wanted to save room for dessert. We ended up with the Something Chocolate and the bread pudding. The girls in our group all devoured Something Chocolate in what felt like minutes. It was a great way to end our dinner. It came with two cinnamon chocolate brownies with vanilla bean ice cream and topped with a layer of dark chocolate walnut fudge sauce. All of this while it swims in a pool of warm caramel sauce. Oh and did I mention whipped cream at the very top? Something Chocolate ended up being something heavenly.
I’ve lost count of the number of times we have been to Redrock Canyon Grill but from the very first time to this past weekend, they’ve still proven to be a model of delicious consistency.
Here’s their menu:
Happy Dining,
