There’s a familiar but new Mexican restaurant coming to the south side of town. El Viejito Mexican Restaurant will celebrate their grand opening Friday, January 18.
This is a restaurant that used to be located in west Wichita but has since moved. Their new address will be 4722 S Broadway in the strip center across from Dillons at 47th and Broadway.
According to their Facebook post, they will have a brand new menu. I’ll update this post when I get a copy of it. They’ll also be selling beer too.
This is good news as El Viejito was a very well received restaurant when we reviewed them. I look forward to going to their new location to try what’s new.
Their hours will be Monday – Thursday 11am to 10pm, Friday – Saturday 11am to 11pm, and Sunday from 11am to 9pm.
