As reported here first, Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant is opening in Wichita on Monday morning.
The new restaurant is taking over the space previously held by Charlie’s Pizza Taco and most recently Pedro’s Express at 602 N Tyler Road.
The restaurant will offer table-side service. The owner wanted it to be known this won’t be your typical late night Mexican restaurant. The menu will be filled with made-from-scratch dishes. The owner has a long culinary history and excited to bring his skills to Wichita.
The grand opening is Monday, February 25 from 10am – 9pm. Those will also be the regular hours Monday through Saturday.
Rest assured, we will certainly stop by sometime in the week to get a first look at what you can expect.
