Wichita to lose one local room escape business at the end of the month

Wichita will be down one room escape at the end of the month.

After being in business for nearly two years, WeXcape announced today they will be shutting down operations on February 25th.

In a note they posted on their Facebook page, it read:

First, we want to thank everyone who has supported us for the nearly 2 years we have been here, from our amazing customers to those who helped us learn and grow as a business and individuals.

On February 25th we will be closing WeXcape for good, it is a bit bitter sweet and as stated we have enjoyed working within the local community. We will be taking bookings as usual through the end of business on the 25th so book while you can at WeXcapeWichita.com

Please note that we will not be responding or answering any questions via Facebook or social media but feel free to email us.

Thank you again for allowing us to be a part of your fun within the community.

At the very least, it was kind of them to give customers a heads up unlike their fellow Brittany Center tenant Xtreme Racing & Entertainment which shut down abruptly while still selling gift cards right up to close.

For those wanting to get in, you have roughly a week to try one of their rooms.

To nominate your restaurant or business to be considered for a review, please email us with your information. We are always open to suggestions.
