Some of you may have heard of Georgio’s II BBQ or simply just Georgio’s. For decades they were a mobile BBQ vendor that could be found at 21st and Grove. Whether in the afternoon or after the bars closed, they built a loyal following.
On Thursday, April 13, Georgio’s II BBQ will return and be set up outside of KJ’s Liquor at the southwest corner of 13th & Hydraulic. Their hours will be from 12pm to 10pm for their first day back.
While I wasn’t able to get an updated menu, they will have ribs, brisket, chicken, hot links, pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans, collard greens, and more.
