Perhaps you’re like me and unfamiliar with Great Image Designs.
I’ve received some items from there before over the years but didn’t know much about them. For the longest time, I thought they were just a screen printing business. I was wrong and found out so much more this weekend!

My friend gave me a heads up about a sale they were having. Since I’m a sucker for a good sale and Shocker merchandise, I decided to swing by to check out Great Image Designs.
Come to find out, they are a lot more than just a screen printing business. They are a full embroidery shop as well. If you need items embroidered, they can handle those needs and even embroider licensed WSU material on them. They are officially licensed by the university so everything you get from them, you can purchase knowing it’s all legal and a local company is paying the rights for it. As a Wichita State SASO board member, I now definitely get the importance of purchasing items that went through the right channels to support the university.
There’s an in-house downtown shop that makes everything which also houses a retail front. Inside the shop, they have all sorts of Wichita State and Wichita-centric merchandise you can purchase.
What my girlfriend loved even more about the shop was the quality of the apparel. It’s not some cheap knock off stuff you get from Wal-Mart or some online ad you see on Facebook from a website you’ve never heard of.
Here’s a little snapshot of what you can find. BTW, I love the little dress below…. not for myself of course….. well maybe, it’s 2019.
On top of all of that, the staff there was SUPER nice.
With their little sale, I was able to get all of this pictured below and another shirt not shown for a little over $30. I feel like I made out like a bandit and can’t wait to go back for more baby clothes.
With Tad’s Locker Room closed for good in Wichita, you can now get your apparel here and tell people, “I got it at Great Image Designs.”
