With the popular Popeye’s chicken sandwich, everybody is trying to get in on the fun. Why not? It’s what is hot right now so might as well jump in while it’s on everybody’s minds.
The latest entrant into the battle royal of chicken sandwiches is Da Chicken Sandwich. On Monday, September 9, they will be releasing their chicken sandwich to the public which is available in spicy as well.
The sandwich comes with a hand-breaded chicken tender cooked to order and served on a Hawaiian sweet bun. You can add shredded lettuce if you like along with their special sauce. There’s also some seasoning on there to give it that special Cajun touch.
I’ve never been one to shy away from how much I enjoy their chicken so it made complete sense to join in on the chicken sandwich fun.
It comes out to $6.49 for the drink, sandwich and fries. For just the sandwich alone it was $3.75. If you want my recommendation, go for the spicy.
Remember they have two locations: 2428 W. 13th St and another at 1112 W. 31st St. South. This special starts Monday!
