Back in July, the Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Cuong took a hiatus citing a family emergency. People have been inquiring about their return. I reached out to them a few weeks ago and they said soon.
Well soon is going to be next week for the restaurant located at 6605 E. 37th N near Woodlawn and 37th street.
They made the announcement today on their Facebook page that they will open back up Tuesday, September 24.
The northeast side is pretty bare bones for Vietnamese food so this will be a welcome return for many!
