One barbecue restaurant hoping to find a new location has closed temporarily

If you work out south or love traveling to the 31st and Hillside area for lunch or dinner, you should know The Angry Elephant has closed temporarily.

They noted they’ve had some issues with construction on the road affecting their traffic. It’s an issue that I see affect many restaurants that can really bring some tough times.

They hope to open again and also are looking for a new location.

Be sure to follow their Facebook page to stay up to date on their plans.

Happy Dining,
Eddy

  1. We called in an order once. When we arrived to pick it up, it was not ready and we gave a 25 min lead time before we got there. They had 2 customers seated and eating. No other customers. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We asked for extra BBQ sauce. When we got back to the office we had NO BBQ sauce…Nice lady up front. Poor service from kitchen. We never went back…
