After the temporary closing following the passing of their owner, Michael Khoury, Po Boy Pizza announced they plan to reopen Monday, November 11.
The restaurant known for their pizza rolls is located at 5619 E Lincoln near the southeast corner of Lincoln and Edgemoor. Their regular hours are Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday from 10am to 5:30pm.
