Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels Review

My friends over at Wichita Reddit had a discussion going on about Dot’s Homestyle Pretzels. I’ve never had them before but judging by the comments, I was missing out.

Some people experience FOMO (fear of missing out). I get FOMOOF (fear of missing out on food). Come to find out Dot’s Pretzels is big business in the Midwest.

I swung over to Dillons where a 16oz bag cost $5.99.

The difference in Dot’s is their seasoning which is a secret. But for me, I had a big buttery aroma when opening the bag. After that each crunchy pretzel bite was filled with butter and a Parmesan kick but a huge garlicky flavor. It all ended with a spice that I couldn’t decipher but loved. I probably ate half the bag in one sitting and skipped dinner.

In reading the reviews afterwards, I’ve seen so many opinions on what it tasted like. Some said cheesy, others said a soda taste, it varied greatly. But the overwhelming agreement was it was all worth it.

The best way to describe them? Crack in pretzel form.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
