Crumbl has a very simple menu of rotating cookies flavors. When I stopped by they had five different flavors. I had no choice but to order them all. After all it was the holidays and surely somebody would eat them!
Once I placed my order, I grabbed a seat and waited for them to be box. It took maybe a few minutes for that and I was on my way.
The cookies are indeed LARGE. Have you ever seen the Burger King commercial where the person has really tiny hands? That’s how I felt with their cookies.
With the size of the cookies, we didn’t even attempt to finish them all. The chilled eggnog and gingerbread cake were our favorites. I’m not much of an ‘icing guy’ but really enjoyed the flavor of the actual cookies. There was no doubt one cookie was more than enough for one person. We were less than impressed with the chocolate chip and molten lava. Part of that might be because we make them from scratch at home and the kids prefer more of an ooey-gooey chocolate cookie. I’m sure many people are that way about the desserts they make at home.
We didn’t try the red velvet as that box was gifted away.
Some people may gawk at the $3.28 price tag for a cookie but for what you get, it wasn’t half bad. The challenge is just making sure you nail the flavor of the cookie you’ll like.
Personally I’m not really one to purchase cookies often unless it’s for an event or gift so this could be a very viable option if that’s the case. I’m sure my other nieces and nephews would love to get a box bigger than their face with a cookie they need two hands for.
Here’s their menu:
