One of the big pieces of news coming out of the restaurant community and even in my little Facebook food group is Pho Hien. The restaurant located on 1750 N Broadway is regarded by many as the best restaurant in town for Pho.
It’s been going around for the past month and a half that an ownership change was coming but I guess the cat’s officially out of the bag now.
Starting next week, new owners will be taking over Pho Hien. They have been given the recipes and everything should remain the same. There will be some new menu additions though. One item which might bring some excitement is eggrolls; the perfect appetizer for any bowl of Pho.
I stopped by Pho Hien to talk to some of the staff and grab a bowl of Pho and didn’t notice any difference in quality or service so that was reassuring. When the new owners take over and an updated menu is released, I’ll be sure to return to follow up.
For comparison purposes, I have a copy of the current menu below to compare what the new version looks like when its released.
