In the past month, some familiar dining options made some changes and are all awaiting your visit.
Bigley’s BBQ
1812 W Douglas
Bigley’s BBQ Food Truck which has been operating a food truck out of Newton is now sharing a space with The Fusion Restaurant. While The Fusion Restaurant is open during the week until 2pm, Bigley’s BBQ has been taking over from 5pm to 8pm on Friday and Saturday nights. There will also be some BBQ made available during the Fusion’s Sunday brunch.
Tacos TJ 664
803 N. West Street
Another food truck has opened their brick & mortar restaurant in the former Mo & Izzy’s Hash house space that’s also held numerous other restaurants. Tacos TJ 664 has given the place a brand-new makeover. They will have a grand opening soon but wanted to let customers know dining is now available inside and that tortas were also added to the menu. They are open Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to 10pm and on Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 11pm.
The Angry Elephant
756 N Tyler Road
The barbecue restaurant, The Angry Elephant, closed their south side space and went on the hunt for a new location. They found one and is now occupying the restaurant space at Augustino Brewing. The new location enables the Angry Elephant to offer a larger menu while at the same time gives people at the brewery to have food service. They are now open but their grand opening takes place Friday, December 20. Their hours of operation will be Tuesday through Sunday, 11am to 3pm for lunch and 5pm to 9pm for dinner.
