Have you ever heard of Grandma Thuy’s Eggrolls?
They were a home-based business that sold delicious Vietnamese egg rolls. My family had the opportunity to try some a month ago and really enjoyed them. They started to get a good following through social media but with popularity comes more eyes. Unfortunately they had to unceremoniously shut down because of the Kansas Department of Agriculture and had to find a new space to operate out of instead of their home.
While being unable to make egg rolls, they went on the hunt for a space to start up a restaurant. That time is almost here. Grandma Thy’s Eggrolls made the announcement today they have found a location which is under renovation. From the looks of things, the new space could be open in a month’s time.
We will be following them to stay up to date on a grand opening date along with a location which has yet to be announced. In the meantime, be sure to like Grandma Thuy’s Eggrolls on Facebook.
