Another restaurant closure quietly took place when the final Pita Pit in the Wichita area closed its doors permanently.
The location at 3242 N Rock Road closed just three months after their sister Derby location closed in March.
I remember speaking to the owners a few months ago and it was a really tough decision to lose the Derby location. Given everything that has happened in the industry (and world), it looked as though the Wichita was almost inevitable.
That now leaves the closest Pita Pit in Lawrence, KS off of Mass Street.
