Big B's Beef returns to Wichita this weekend!

Big B’s Beef is ready to open! After many long days, delays and a ton of work, they are finally a go this weekend!

They’ll be at Wizard’s Asylum at 1309 W 31st St S on Friday, 7/10 starting at 5 p.m., and Saturday, 7/11 from 12 PM to 7 PM or until they run out of food.

They will have their regular menu items, but won’t have Gyros until a week or so. They don’t want to be overwhelmed and need a little practice on the truck so practice patience. Here’s what they will have:

The Combo (Beef & Sausage)

Italian Sausage

Maxwell St. Polish

Chicago Dogs

The Original Pizza Puff

Fries

Big B’s Beef which at one time was located at 605 W Douglas where Sakura Japanese Cuisine is, closed down in 2014. They specialized in Chicago-style style sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, soups and Italian beef and sausage. They made an announcement for a return in the form of a food truck in 2019.
