After some delays and this popular thing called “COVID-19”, Señor Munchies is getting ready to open. The Latino-inspired candy, nut and gift shop is located in Juarez Plaza at 1052 N. Waco.
There will be a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, September 15 where the ribbon will be cut by the Wichita Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Once the shop opens, there will be all sorts of nuts and candy, Mexican ice pops, horchata cotton candy, and assorted gifts like books and air fresheners. It could be very well Nifty Nuthouse with a Latino spin to it.
I’m very excited to learn about a whole new world of treats out there that I’m usually not exposed to. Definitely count me in to stop by once doors open.
If you want to do a little shopping beforehand, their website is currently up and taking orders. For more on Señor Munchies, check out their Facebook page.
Happy Dining,
Eddy
