Late last month, we announced that a new Italian restaurant was rumored to be taking over the Fetch Bistro space at 7718 E 37th St. N. Those rumors look to be true as Napoli Italian Eatery looks to be coming into shape and tentatively opening in October.
Jeremy Wade, who many people are familiar with from his days at YaYa’s Eurobistro, will be opening the restaurant with his fiancé Courtney Mathews.
Many people may remember the little dog park that was attached to Fetch Bistro at the east end of the building. That’s been ripped up to provide more seating. I remember that place going all the way back to when it was Pacific Coast Pizza. It’s a great spot for a patio and enjoyed many afternoons there years ago. According to their Facebook page, renovations on the inside are almost complete as well.
At the moment, they are hoping to be open by the second or third week in October. Make sure to follow their Facebook page to stay up to date on details.
