If you’ve been to Roxie’s on the River or the now closed Roxie’s in Riverside, you’re familiar with owner Raquel Ramirez’ cinnamon rolls. If you’ve never been, it’s time to get yourself acquainted with some of the best cinnamon rolls in town.
Earlier this year, Ramirez purchased Taco Momma’s Food Truck and turned it into Roxie’s On The Go. She transformed the truck with a new wrap job and will unveil the truck this weekend.
She will be parked out at a food truck rally on Saturday Sept. 19 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Genesis Health Club on Rock Road.
Her plan is to have cinnamon rolls and carne asada fries available.

Happy Dining,
Eddy
