Ramen has made its way through much of Wichita over the years. The beefed up dish that’s much different than what you probably remember from college has popped up at places like Gangnam, Hot Stone Korean Grill, Fuji Japanese Restaurant and of course both Yokohama Ramen Joint locations. And with the fall season approaching, it’s the perfect dish with the cooler weather. West Wichita is one area of town where ramen is a bit harder to find.
That is about to end. While not all details are available, I’m told there’s a new ramen restaurant headed to West Wichita and could be open by the end of the year. I can’t reveal all the details but it’s something to keep an eye on This is a more positive news for an area of town could benefit from some more variety in cuisine options.
