The Mexican food truck, Tacos La Costeña, which opened at the end of 2019 has permanently closed.
They were a staple of west Wichita for much of 2020 especially during the start of COVID-19 when carryout was the main form of dining out. Tacos La Costeña confirmed the news of their closing on their Facebook page this past week.
There aren’t many westside Mexican food trucks so this is a big hit for people who worked and lived in the area where they usually parked.
