A new food truck is just an inspection away from opening. Pizza Kwik which was a popular pizza restaurant in Jefferson City, MO that closed in 2017 will be revived as a food truck.
I heard from the owners this past week and they are currently waiting on their inspection. Once that is a go, the food truck and their thin and crispy pizzas will be hitting the streets of Wichita and Jefferson City. They are hoping that will happen within the next week or so.
The big question post inspection is where will they go? That’s something they are trying to ask the public.
