Have a busy holiday season coming up? Don’t want to cook any more than you have to before or even the days after Thanksgiving? St. Mary’s of Derby has collaborated with St. Margaret Mary of south Wichita to put on a Vietnamese food pickup fundraiser. Over 1,200 egg rolls and rangoon have been ordered so the popularity is definitely there. Lo mein and fried rice are also available.
Pick up days for the food are on November 14, 27 and 28 at St. Margaret Mary parish at 2701 S. Pattie. They are asking you place pre-orders by emailing them at smylelaugh@hotmail.com and payment can be made via PayPal, cash or check.
The pricing for the fundraiser is as follows:
- 1 dozen egg rolls, freshly cooked: $15
- 1 dozen egg rolls, frozen: $12
- 1 dozen crab rangoon, freshly cooked: $15
- 1 dozen crab rangoon, frozen: $12
- Box of Lo Mein: $10
- Box of Fried Rice: $10
