After a successful Halloween season, Apparition is back with a spooky Christmas themed cocktail bar.
For those that missed the first go around, Apparition is a speakeasy of sorts that took over the Table Top Java Shop space at 2120 N. Woodlawn inside Brittany Center. All the games and coffee equipment from the Java shop were moved over to Headshots Bar & Grill located next door. This collaboration allowed them to add something fun and festive to the Table Top space.
The haunted bar features 12 wintery warm and cold cocktails designed by Apparition Apothacer, Marissa Corcoran.
I stopped by briefly this week to check it out and it’s definitely an immersive experience and something I haven’t seen in Wichita. They completely transformed the coffee shop to put on an atmosphere that gave me the feeling like I was in some Tim Burton movie.
While no photography or video is allowed for the public, I was given permission to snap a few photos.
Everything was spaced out quite well inside Apparition. For those concerned about cleanliness, the staff wore their masks and practiced all safety measures.
Apparition officially started this week and will open doors at 6pm. From there they will be open on the following days:
- 12/3, 12/4, 12/5
- 12/10, 12/11, 12/12
- 12/17, 12/18, 12/19
- 12/21, 12/22, 12/23
- 12/25, 12/26
- 12/30, 12/31
As you can guess, you must be 21 to enter.
