It’s almost time to make way for Las Catrinas Mexican Restaurant which will be opening at 2330 N. Maize Road in the former Rancho Nuevo Mexican Restaurant space.
They are having a soft opening on Friday starting at 11am. From there, their hours will be Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The new Mexican restaurant will serve quesadillas, burritos, tacos, enchiladas, fajitas and other Tex-Mex specialities. They are in the process of getting their liquor license so alcohol won’t be available at the start.
