Have you ever been to the popular food truck at 53rd and Meridian called Road Runner Mexican Fast Food?
If you haven’t and live in northwest Wichita or Maize, you’re in for a treat. The food truck which serves an eclectic mix of Mexican food likes tamales, tacos, burritos, and more is opening their brick & mortar restaurant in the former Subway space at 5255 N Maize Rd.
After many years of support, the owners decided to make the jump and open their own restaurant which will be open 24 hours a day. Their grand opening will be Friday, March 5 starting at 6 a.m.
For fans of their food truck, you won’t be missing out either. They do intend to keep their food truck open.
