For 18 years, Jerry’s Bar & Grill was one of the most popular bars on the west side of town. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have many hangovers following long nights at Jerry’s.
Jerry’s closed in 2018. Ever since then, the bar at 630 N. Robin has remained vacant.
Lately, people have noticed trucks parked in front of the building and that’s because Jerry’s is looking to reopen. My sources tell me, Justin Brown will be the new owner. Some of you may be familiar with Brown as he also owns such bars as Shamrock Lounge and Barleycorn’s.
No official date yet on when the bar will reopen but it appears they are aiming for an April timeframe.
Once I hear more, I’ll be sure to pass it along.
