Pollo Express closed earlier this month for personal reasons leaving fans curious when they would reopen. After speaking with owner Ernesto Naranjo, he said lots of people have been calling and asking when Pollo Express would reopen.
Well, we finally have some good news. He let me know this morning that they will reopen on Monday, April 19.
If you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth putting on your radar starting next week. They are located at 2501 W Pawnee St. at the southwest corner of Pawnee and Meridian. I highly recommend their transmission tacos.
