They’ve been closed since COVID-19 started, but Hank Is Wiser Brewery is ready to reopen. One of the early players in the local brewery scene located in Cheney, KS has started to brew some beers. They plan to open up by the end of May or the very beginning of June. The Sanford family has not settled on a firm date but once I hear one I’ll be sure to pass it on.
If you’ve never been to Hank Is Wiser, they are located at 213 N. Main St. It’s a favorite stop for me and many of my friends. The beers are good and the people there are even better.
