A new Asian restaurant has opened in the same strip center that used to hold 31st Phat Street Burgers. Eggroll Express quietly opened Friday afternoon. They are located at 331 31st St. S, in between Broadway and Seneca.
The reason for the quiet opening was to get everything situated before getting inundated with customers. The last I spoke to the owners, they were still in the process of getting their card machine up so could only take cash for the time being.
Eggroll Express serves Asian dishes with a focus on Chinese cuisine. They have lo mein, fried rice, egg foo young, chop suey, and more.
They will be open six days a week from Tuesday to Sunday 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Be sure to visit their Facebook page to learn more. Until then, stay tuned for our first look at Eggroll Express.
Here’s their menu:
Happy Dining,
Eddy

Please uodate the address in your review to 331 W 31st St South. The W (west) was missing but you did give the cross streets for reference. I’m always excited to try another Asian restaurant because I will eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
I don’t know that E.B. reads these comments. I’ve left comments on other posts and never gotten a reply.
