After this morning’s breaking story on professional eater Randy Santel coming to Wichita, people have been wondering which restaurants he will visit.
While I’m not sure how many restaurants Santel will visit, the first one has been locked down and confirmed.
Mark your calendar for Friday, May 21 at 1 p.m. Randy Santel will be headed to Doo-Dah Diner where he will attempt a food challenge.
I spoke with owner Timirie Shibley and they will be working on creating a food challenge for Santel. They are taking suggestions on what Patrick Shibley can whip up in the kitchen. Have an idea? Drop us a comment below!
