Saigon Bistro located at 3123 E Pawnee St. has been closed for almost a year. There were no signs the restaurant would reopen despite a voicemail greeting on their business line stating that they had temporarily closed due to COVID-19.
Many people would message me since last spring inquiring about Saigon Bistro, but I had no answers to give.
That’s all changed now as the restaurant has reopened. I don’t have all the information on if their hours have changed. It’s probably been 2 years, maybe more, since I last dropped by so I’ll be making a visit soon to get more of an idea of what readers can expect. Stay tuned.
