Brianna’s Bakery’s second location inside Towne East Square

One of the bakeries in town that doesn’t get much press or love is Brianna’s Bakery. They’ve run a bakery out of a tiny space at 1603 S. Waco for many years and recently started selling at one of the kiosks inside Towne East Square.

While their bakery still operates on Waco, they bring their pastries and treats daily to the mall to sell.

They also sell salads, sandwiches and wraps for those wanting something savory to go along with their sweets.

One of the biggest draws of Brianna’s Bakery is the affordability. Their cake slices, cookies, croissants, and other treats are relatively cheap. For instance, a slice of tiramisu was only $4. Cookies were $1.35 to $1.65. I remember doing my tiramisu tour and the average price felt like it was around $7 for a slice.

I grabbed some pastries to snack on while shopping. In my mind, I figured if I was eating snacks and walking there would be no calories. It probably didn’t work but oh well.

I didn’t get pictures of all my snacks but did quickly get a snapshot of the tres leches cake. It had a thicker texture than most I’ve had. It wasn’t as moist of soft as others which could be a good thing for people. Regardless, it was still delicious.

If you’re looking for cheap treats or in the mall and wanting sweets, definitely give Brianna’s Bakery a visit. They’ve been in the game for a long time and are still here for a reason.
