Not much is known at the moment, but a restaurant looks to be taking over the former Da Chicken Shak space on 3920 E. Harry that closed earlier this year.
Signs went up for a Mr. Miyagi Japanese Grill within the past month. The space should be pretty close to a turnkey operation. There was some interior work being done when I stopped by but wasn’t able to confirm any opening time frame.
As you can guess from the name of the restaurant, but I’ll say it anyway, they will be serving Japanese food in a quick-service format where you order at the counter.
I’ll be keeping tabs on the place and will update you when I hear more.
