More bad news for our local food community. The Latino-inspired candy shop, Señor Munchies announced Tuesday afternoon that they have decided to close permanently.
It’s another blow for our dining scene which lost Bocco Deli last week. Señor Munchies opened in 2020 at 1052 N. Waco inside Juarez Plaza. They offered an assortment of different candies, nuts and gifts.
I’m really sad to see them go. The owner was an incredibly sweet lady who passed up on other opportunities to chase a dream.
