A breakfast and lunch option is moving to west Wichita

Have you ever heard of The Easy Egg Breakfast & Lunch? They are a locally owned restaurant in Haysville located at 240 N Main Street.

In about a month, they will be leaving Haysville and making the move to Wichita. The cafe is headed to take over the former Denny’s at 5700 W. Kellogg that closed in 2020. It’s a move that will put them into a turnkey operation which will provide more kitchen space and seating.

Unfortunately, it will be a tough loss for the city of Haysville who will lose one of the very few options they have for breakfast.

While no official move date has been determined, I’m told August is when the relocation will take place. For more, be sure to follow The Easy Egg on Facebook.
