One of the underrated events in town that has been picking up some steam over the past few months is the Filipino Pinoy Market. It was an event that typically took place every two months and was a great place to get Filipino food, dessert, pastries and merchandise. This past month, attendance skyrocketed and many vendors sold out of food that the hosts decided to host the event every month to finish out the year.
Held at the Hampton Inn Hotel at 7320 W. Harry near the airport, the Pinoy Market will take place on the following dates:
- September 18
- October 16
- November 20
- December 18

Filipino food in Wichita is a rarity in town, so it’s cool to see an event like this with local vendors. Put it on your calendars and show them some love next month.
