On my travels around small-town Kansas, one stop took me to HeBrews Cafe & CoffeeHouse. I had a fantastic visit in the shop located in Towanda, KS.
On Monday afternoon, they made a pretty shocking announcement. Come to find out, they had been closed temporarily and made the decision to remain closed.
While the building will remain open to host special events be available for groups, the kitchen side of the business will cease operations effectively immediately.
It’s a tough blow for a city already short on restaurants. I’m sure many people will be missing out on their massive cinnamon rolls as well.
