One of our family’s favorite Vietnamese restaurants in town is Thao’s Bistro. 2021 has been a whirlwind for the restaurant industry and the latest big news to hit this week is that Thao’s Bistro is officially for sale.
It’s been known, they’ve been looking to sell for some time, but owner Sonny Nguyen went “Facebook official” with it on Thursday.
I spoke with Nguyen and he noted he is looking to sell because of health issues. The restaurant industry can take its toll on you, even more so the past couple of years. One thing Nguyen assured me is the restaurant will stay open regardless. While he is looking to sell, he’s also not looking to close Thao’s Bistro any time soon.
